Learning to face the challenge of loss and separation is an important part of living a healthy life. Buddha taught that the end of meeting is parting and the end of birth is death. In this course we will explore profound methods to integrate these truths into our daily life, increasing our well-being and happiness and giving us great strength to support our loved ones during times of immense challenge.
This course will be taught by Gen Tenzin, with meditations led by Julie Francisco.
