Womens Self Defense - Fight Like A Girl (FLAG) through the Rape Escape Method

Women's Only self defense seminar Fight Like A Girl through the Rape Escape Method - Level I. This will be a 2.5 hour seminar covering the basics.The techniques are easy to do and remember. Age range 12-60

You will learn the basic solutions to the most common sexual assault scenarios. Towards the end of the Seminar an "Attacker" will come assist us so you can all practice live. This is one of the things that makes this system of self defense unique.

Wear something comfortable to move around. We will be working on the mats so no shoes. Socks are allowed.
