 vering the basics.The techniques are easy to do and remember. Age rang
 e 12-60\n\nYou will learn the basic solutions to the most common sexua
 l assault scenarios. Towards the end of the Seminar an \"Attacker\" wi
 ll come assist us so you can all practice live. This is one of the thi
 ngs that makes this system of self defense unique.\n\nWear something c
 omfortable to move around. We will be working on the mats so no shoes.
