Event Description

Join WHYY’s You Bet Your Garden host Mike McGrath as he previews the perennials, shrubs, vines and trees that bloom during the warm weather months. Mike will discuss the biodiversity and native plants of the Schuylkill Center’s 340-acre preserved property with Schuylkill Center Manager of Land Stewardship Andrew Kirkpatrick and provide tips on caring for and cultivating these plants.

Summer native plants will be available for purchase ahead of the sale for the general public on June 24.
