Registration Required. Our friends and neighbors from The Pickled Heron Restaurant are coming to the Greensgrow Community Kitchen to teach you all about Charcuterie! Larousse Gastronomique defines Charcuterie as: "The art of preparing various meats, in particular pork, in order to present them in the most diverse ways."

In this demo the chef’s will cover some basics about pork cuts, fresh sausage making, pate, terrines.


Everyone will get an eyeful as well as butchering charts, and recipes to take home.
