100 Things to do in Philly + Events + Philadelphia Deals & more!
Fashion design is one of the most fascinating forms of art. Designers are visionaries whose innovation in color and form stand the test of time. Their collections are a spectacle that captures the intricacies of an idea which through careful manipulation of a medium bring garments to life. The final product? Nothing short of sublime. It is not only something that you can admire, but something that you can feel, wear, and interact with.
Seeing fashion as art puts the designs of Roberto Capucci in perspective. His work is the pinnacle of sartorial conceptualization. They exude the perfect balance of shape and color, embracing the construction of each garment as if it were chiseled by a master sculptor. His poetic use of hues evokes an array of emotions that you have to see for yourself to believe. As a whole, the body of work that Capucci has produced over 6 decades is a timeless combination of thought and feeling brought to fruition.
So here's the scoop. You can now see Roberto Capucci's bewitching designs in person!
