Ultimate At-Home 'Zas with Pizza Brain • October 11 • 12–2pm • $35.00

Registration Required. Pizza Brain comes to the Greensgrow Community kitchen to show you the basics of dough making at home. In this primer class you’ll get a glimpse into the brain of Pizza Brain! You’ll learn about dough essentials, stretching and tossing. Well touch on how to make your own mozzarella and the basics of simple pizza sauces.

Everyone will get a ball of dough to take home and experiment with. Stop by our farmstand after to pick up seasonal toppings for your pie!
