Feb. 20 – How to Meditate: Find Your Meditation Seat
Feb. 27 – Get Motivated: The Death Meditation
March 6 – Find Protection from Suffering: The Traditional Meditation on Lower Rebirth
March 13 – A Traditional Meditation on Buddhist Refuge
March 20 – Fierce Compassion: Making Our World Peaceful
March 27 – Escaping the Prison of the Confused Mind: A Traditional Meditation on Emptiness

$10 per class

All classes take place on Thursdays from 7:00-8:30pm and are taught by Gen Tenzin, a Buddhist monk and Resident Teacher of Amitayus Kadampa Buddhist Center.  Each class is self-contained, and everyone is welcome to drop into any class.  No meditation experience or prior knowledge of Buddhism is necessary.  No pre-registration necessary.
