Event Description

Award-winning director and playwright Cheyenne Barboza will host Theatre Exile’s fourth workshop of the 2021/22 season, titled “Centering Community Voice” (for Directors/Stage Managers/Dramaturgs/Choreographers)! This workshop aims to interrogate the processes employed when creating community-centered theatre, decentralized arts institutions (and their grants), building mutually beneficial relationships, and eradicating the “savior” complex.

Participants will receive a Professional Development Certificate after completing the workshop. Tickets are $35 per person.
