Enjoy a double dose of free fall fun with Spooky Saturday and Fall Festival. East Passyunk Avenue BID presents live bands, seasonal food and drink, costume contests, live music, circus performances, trick or treating, pumpkin painting, cider, pet treats, art lessons, vendors,craft show and more.
