Join GenPhilly to learn more about innovative ways to help seniors access different transportation options. For older adults, there is a very strong relationship between access to transportation and 1) health outcomes, 2)ones’ ability to access social services, health facilities, and fresh fruits and vegetables and, 3) whether one is physically active on a regular basis. [1]
Come learn about programs in the area and what innovative models exist around the country. We hope that this event can catalyze new partnerships and programs in the future.
