Opening: The Johari & Jimmy Rollins Center for Animal Rehabilitation

As a part of a partnership between the Rollins family and St. Francis Vet Center, this Saturday, April 20th, starting at 10am, Jimmy and Johari Rollins will be celebrating the opening of their namesake building, "The Jimmy & Johari Rollins Center for Animal Rehabilitation", a new addition to the renowned vet center.

Rollins, a long time dog lover and former MLB MVP and personal favorite Phillie of mine whom I love dearly, will be on hand at the opening to participate in the ribbon cutting ceremony, a press conference and various activities with local kids who attend. It sounds like a good time if you can make it, there's nothing like watching a good pet costume contest and downing a few burgers while hanging out with a some of the Phillies.

Now if we could just get Chooch and Delmon Young back so Jimmy can get back to leadoff where he belongs...
