The new year offers us a chance to remember all the wonderful things we have in life, and to reflect upon the coming year as an opportunity to become happier and healthier, and to support our loved ones.

It also gives us an opportunity to make any changes in our life that lead to a more healthy and free heart.

Resident Teacher, Gen Chogyop will give an inspiring talk on using Buddhist thought and meditation to fulfill these important wishes.

At the conclusion of the talk, we will engage in special ritual prayers to heal the world and fill our hearts with compassion.

We invite you, if you wish, to light a candle for world peace with us in your home.

By donation.
