Head to the Italian Market for teh rededication of this iconic mural that recently underwent a complete renovation by muralist Diane Keller. Join City Councilman Frank Rizzo, Jr. for this special event on the late Mayor's birthday. Sponsored by the City of Philadelphia, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) and individual donors.
