This July 4th MilkBoy Philly will be open regular hours — yes friends, that's 7am to 2am — so there's plenty time to party and enjoy Chef Brian Mahon's stepped up cuisine. Bar Manager, the über-talented Evan Maffiore and his team, will mix up a variety of killer drink specials to keep visitors and locals saying "cheers to kicking out the Monachy."
