Event Description

Buddha taught we need positive energy to fulfill our daily wishes, as well as our spiritual aspirations. He explained a special method to create powerful positive energy called engaging in guru yoga mandala offering retreat.

During this teaching and meditation retreat, we will receive the instructions on how to engage in these practices and gain familiarity using them to create a great amount of positive energy, which we can use for any worthwhile aim we choose.

Taught by Resident Teacher, Gen Tenzin. Everyone is welcome.

Teachings & Meditation Sessions: 10:30-11:30am, 1:00pm-2:00pm, 3:00-4:00pm, 5:00-6:00pm

$5 per session.
