Sin Cities is an extravaganza featuring burlesque and musical performances celebrating the most notoriously decadent cities of the Jazz Age. Berlin, Paris, Shanghai, Chicago and NYC were legendary Sin Cities, known for their salacious night life. These metropolises of vice encouraged eroticism and deviant indulgences to openly flourish. Step back in time in the beautiful Ruba Ballroom for an event like no other.

The Criminally Cute Lil' Steph is one of Philadelphia's leading burlesque performers and producers. She is the producer of the monthly show Rasputin's Room and Sin Cities. From 2010-2013, Lil' Steph produced Bravissimo Burlesque. Lil' Steph began performing burlesque in 2006. Since then she has performed up and down the Eastern Seaboard including Scranton, Harrisburg, West Chester, Jim Thorpe, Newark, Atlantic City, NYC, Wilmington, D.C., Charleston, Boston and Las Vegas. In 2010 she was selected to perform in The Burlesque Hall of Fame Showcase in Las Vegas and in 2013 she won the title "Most Classic" at The Carolina Burlesque Festival Sweet Tease pageant.
