Jet Wine Bar Après-Ski Pop-Up

Jet Wine Bar is hosting a layover series this Thursday, where guests will be transported to the Alps with wines and food from the Matterhorn and Mont Blanc to Finsteraarhorn and the Eiger.

Creamy Polenta with Italian Sausage ($12)

served with Parmesan polenta, caramelized onions and sweet Italian sausage

Taleggio Grilled Cheese ($10)

served with bacon, spicy dijon and honey crisp apples on brioche

Potato Rosti Skillet ($11)

served with a crispy potato cake, topped with smoked salmon and creme fraiche.
