Event Description

The perfect concert for all ages! One Liberty Observation Deck is hosting an Instrument Petting Zoo with Marple Friends on Saturday, March 21st from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Bring all the aspiring musicians in the family for a first-hand look and feel of a wide variety of musical instruments.

Featured musicians will explain the history of each instrument, how it functions and makes sounds, and why it is important to the full symphonic sound.

Musicians will then individually play various kids-themed tunes followed by two pieces together so the audience can children hear and see how the musicians work together as an ensemble.

After the music-making segment, the musicians invite kids to ask questions and see the instruments up close. Kid-friendly floor seating. Limited chair seating will be available on a first-come-first serve basis. This will be a full event, so arrive early to get a good spot!
