Registration Required. For Little Baby's, ice cream is a feeling. Producing small-batch, hand-made ice-cream with visionary and sometimes just plain loony, flavors made from high-quality local and sustainable milk. Co-founder Martin Brown will lead a workshop centered around the basics of ice cream production in the home kitchen and using your imagination to make your own delicious icy and creamy treats. This workshop can be enjoyed by folks with ice-cream makers and those without. Don't miss this! Martin will discuss custards, philly-style ice cream, non-dairy frozen treats and water ice.
