Laurie Jenkins of Shady Apple Goats in Flourtown, Pa will help you learn to make simple delicious cheeses perfect for your appetizer tray or to give as a homemade holiday gift.

The class discusses the fundamentals of milk, the basics of making Chevre and ricotta, and hints for creative flavoring and packaging.

Everyone will take home a roll of chevre and fresh herbs.
