10^th Annual Chefs’ Dinner for PAWS

WHAT:        The Chefs’ Dinner for PAWS is a one-of-a-kind evening of food, fun and excitement where the city’s best chefs create a 3-course food and wine pairings tableside for 12 guests each. More than 50 of the region’s best chefs, restaurant and purveyors will create an extraordinary experience for our guests on Monday, September 15^th, 2014 at 6:00 PM at the Lincoln Financial Field.

The special event will take guests on a culinary tour starting with cocktails, provided by 8 superb restaurants and purveyors, to the chefs’ pods for an evening of fantastic food and great wine. The high style event showcases the talents of the region’s top chefs from celebrated dining destinations. Each chef will present an intimate, unique and unforgettable experience for their table, who will have the opportunity to meet-and-greet the participating culinary masters while tasting decadent creations prepared personally for them. Among this year’s participating chefs are Top Chef Winner Kevin Sbraga, of Sbraga, Chef Townsend Wentz, of Townsend, Chef Chip Roman of Blackfish and Chef Chris Tavares of Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse. The evening’s festivities come to a close with a dessert and cordial lounge, presented by 7 specialty bakeries and gelato makers, where guests can meet all of the celebrity chefs and recount their culinary experiences while dancing to music provided by DJ Ed Tully.

The Chefs’ Dinner is the singular event of the year that brings chefs and patrons together for an interactive evening of food, fun and fundraising. Chefs and guests rave about their experience at each year’s event. The intimate setting and personal attention from each chef provides an insider’s view of the nation’s more prestigious kitchens. All proceeds benefit PAWS’ newest Adoption Center and Spay/Neuter and Wellness Clinic, located in Northeast Philadelphia.
