Event Description

Are you looking to continue your education? Would you like to discover your own spirituality? Have you ever wondered if there is more to human behavior than is explained by classical psychology?

Foundation Program is a spirituality course designed to learn the practices of modern Buddhism. You will study teachings that can be applied to your everyday life, collaborate with other students, and reach your greatest potential. Taught by senior monk, Gen Tenzin.

A new course on the book, "How to Understand the Mind", will meet on Tuesdays starting on September 4th. Everyone is welcome, and no prior experience with mediation or Buddhism is necessary.

There is no cost to attend the September 4th introductory class.
