A magic night of fun and fundraising is back in Philadelphia’s prettiest setting.

On Thursday, May 15, 2014, Historic Philadelphia, Inc. hosts the sixth annual An Evening in Franklin Square presented by Parx Casino. This delightful evening takes place in beautiful Franklin Square, one of the original William Penn squares, that has been transformed into an urban amusement oasis. An Evening in Franklin Square will benefit this regional treasure. The event will commence at 5:30 pm with cocktails and a silent auction, followed by dinner along with a live auction and dancing at 7:30 pm. One of the evening’s highlights is the Parx Square Derby, a carousel “race,” where guests buy a mount or place bets and race to the finish!

The Chairs of the event are Randy Chapman, Eric Etkins, Marc Oppenheimer, and Carol Zacney.
