 am Penn squares, that has been transformed into an urban amusement oas
 is. An Evening in Franklin Square will benefit this regional treasure.
  The event will commence at 5:30 pm with cocktails and a silent auctio
 n, followed by dinner along with a live auction and dancing at 7:30 pm
 . One of the evening’s highlights is the Parx Square Derby, a carous
 el “race,” where guests buy a mount or place bets and race to the
