- VIX Emporium is a little shop in West Philly that is chock full of handmade gifts, like jewelry, accessories, ceramics, paper goods and more, all made by independent artisans from the Philly area and beyond. We are located at 5009 Baltimore (at 50th & Baltimore) in a vintage storefront that was once a millinery, or ladies' hat shop. The name VIX is the Roman numeral for 5009, our address.
