Event Description

Find freedom from anxiety, anger, and stress through understanding the true nature of our world. Buddha’s teachings on profound emptiness have the power to reduce stress, make us more friendly, and ultimately lead us to liberation from all suffering and dissatisfaction.

No meditation experience necessary. Everyone is welcome.

Course Schedule:

Registration: 10:30-11:00am

Teaching & Meditation: 11:00am-12:30pm

Lunch Break: 12:30-2:00pm

Teaching & Meditation: 2:00pm-4:00pm

This course will be taught by Gen Tenzin, Buddhist monk and Resident Teacher of Amitayus Kadampa Buddhist Center.
