Come down to the opening weekend celebration of Spruce Street Harbor Park to discover one of Philadelphia’s best new summer destinations. From June 27th through August 31st, visit the brand new Spruce Street Harbor Park, a summer pop-up park complete with a boardwalk, urban beach, fountains, and best of all, a series of floating barges complete with floating gardens, a restaurant and bar, and nets that will suspend visitors over the water.
