Event Description

Rock out with Dan Wilf for a special extended two-hour rockstar vinyasa flow set to the pulsating rhythms of DJ Big Jawn (PEX) who will be spinning live in-studio!

The sequence will be filled with an energetic array of creative namaskars, enticing arm balances, deep hip openers, and fun inversions. Join us as we turn the lens inward to channel and ignite the rockstar within!

Some previous practice experience is recommended but all that’s required is an open mind, positive attitude, and a willingness to have a great time! Come rock out YOGANONYMOUS style!
