Franklin Square’s First Fall Fundraiser For Families! Activities include: paint your own pumpkin, face-painting, cupcake-decorating, costume parade hosted by Kathy O’Connell from WXPN’s Kids Corner, spooky carnival games, yummy treats by Starr catering, meet & greet with characters, balloon artist, Lightning Bolt Express train, unlimited carousel rides on the Philadelphia Park Liberty Carousel, Spooky Mini Golf, and raffles and prizes ($35 individual ticket, $125 family of four in advance, higher prices on site). Sponsored by Blank Rome. Rain date October 30.
