The New Year’s Eve soirée has a lot to offer - an open bar, live music, delicious food, and so much more. Enjoy a live band at the Red Owl Tavern on the first floor of Hotel Monaco, or dance the night away with a DJ at the swanky Stratus Rooftop Lounge overlooking the city. Ticket holders can sip from a premium open bar all night long and pick from a variety of delicious bites courtesy of Chef Jorge Chicas. The buffet and passed appetizers include tasty choices such as Red Owl Tavern Sliders, Seared Sea Scallops, Curry Popcorn Chicken, and an assortment of desserts.
