Event Description

Support your local museums and visit the Museum for Art in Wood on Small Business Saturday. Visitors can enjoy an afternoon sipping hot cider while shopping for unique handmade items from local and nationally renowned artists in the Museum Store. Guests can participate in the museum’s free, family-friendly holiday crafting table and join a mini tour of its current exhibition, ‘Mark Sfirri: La Famiglia.’ The exhibition features new and never-before-seen work by celebrated artist and woodturner Mark Sfirri and presents a way of thinking about the definition of family and its meanings through different lenses.
