Event Description

Park visitors are invited to cultivate their ‘Zen’ and join Independence Historical Trust on the lawn behind the Second Bank of the United States for Yoga at Independence. The free public program is open to all ages and levels of contortion, from advanced yogis to brand newbies. The Trust provides a limited number of mats to borrow for those dropping by and encourages participants to BYOM. Sessions take place on August 10 and September 14 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., facilitated by Monarch Yoga.
