First Friday Preview Hosted by CraftNOW

For nearly 30 years, art lovers in Philadelphia have reserved the First Friday of every month for gallery hopping. CraftNOW brings together a group of curators and artists for an intimate preview on select Thursday nights. On May 5, join CraftNOW for the ongoing series, Virtual First Friday Preview. This month, artists Cheryl Harper and rod jones ii discuss the What Are We Claiming? exhibition at InLiquid Gallery. The Clay Studio’s Making Place Matter exhibit opens April 23. Hear from artists Kukuli Velarde, Molly Hatch, and Ibrahim Said on how they explore the idea of place with regard to personal history and heritage through clay. Artistic Director, Bruce Hoffman, of Gravers Lane Gallery will introduce artists Yvonne Pacanovsky Bobrowicz and Barbara Straussberg and their new exhibitions.
