Each class consists of two guided meditations, a teaching on a Buddhist topic, and optional class discussion. Everyone is welcome. This class is a great place to start if you are new to Buddhism and/or meditation.

December 24th - NO CLASS – Christmas Eve
December 31st - New Year’s Eve Service from 7:00-8:15pm
$10 per class. Drop into any class.
Classes are taught by Gen Tenzin, the Resident Teacher of Amitayus Kadampa Buddhist Center and a Buddhist monk of over 17 years who has taught Kadampa Buddhism extensively for over 18 years in California, Connecticut, Vermont, Maine, New York, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. He has a great depth of understanding of the teachings and is skillful in his presentation by sharing them in an entertaining, approachable, and kind-hearted manner.
