Event Description
Glenn Adamson delivers keynote lecture entitled Production Values: The Relevance of Technique in Contemporary Art and Design. Technicalities Symposium follows October 29 and 30, featuring speakers Ned Cooke (Charles F. Montgomery Professor of American Decorative Arts at Yale University) and artists who will be represented in the exhibitions Transference: Transfer in Contemporary Ceramics and Wood, Revisited. Receptions will follow at 7 pm – 8:30 pm. Keynote and receptions are open and free to the public but the keynote requires pre-registration due to limited seating.
