Burg’s Hideaway Lounge Rings in Spring with Austin Eastciders Pop-Up Event

Burg’s Hideaway Lounge, Point Breeze’s tiki-inspired hidden oasis, is welcoming warmer weather with a spring pop-up event on Thursday, April 5^th from 5 to 7 p.m.  

Burg’s is partnering with Austin Eastciders for a new menu mainstay, the Grapefruit Paloma, and will be featured Thursday with two limited-edition tropical dressed can cocktails ($9 each) available only during April 5^th’s event. “Austin Eastciders is excited to partner with Burg’s Hideaway Lounge in launching three canned cocktails for its pop-up event,” stated Joanna Manzo, Austin Eastciders KAM & District Manager PA & NJ. “The dressed tropical drinks are a perfect cultural fit with the vibe at this neighborhood hot-spot. The cocktail list at Burg’s is carefully procured and we are thrilled to be featured on it.”

New Polynesian-inspired menu items to hit the menu include: Sesame Noodles with spicy Szechuan Pepper and Crispy Garlic ($9), tangy Kimchi Mushroom Dumplings accompanied with soy dipping sauce ($7.50) and Miso Salmon served with crispy coconut rice cake and garlic chives ($10.50). 

Burg’s Hideaway Lounge serves brunch on Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dinner is served daily 5 p.m. to 1 a.m.
