Event Description

There are some concepts that demand a good drink, so join us at Bourbon and Branch in Northern Liberties to quench your thirst and spark your curiosity. We’ll be talking about big ideas for the evening, with leading thinkers in science and humanities asking, what inventions were worth their cost to the environment?  Question your beliefs about how our inventions impact the environment, or how something widely considered to have a negative impact on the environment could actually have been beneficial.  Grapple with ideas big and small, share your thoughts and defend your ideas in this fun and lively debate.
