Belgian Independence Day Brunch

Devil's Den celebrates the end of the Tour de France with an Ommegang Beer Brunch. Brunch runs from 10:30am-3pm. Representatives from Brewery Ommegang will be on site starting at 11am. All Ommegang drafts are $1 off, featuring Ommegang Art of Darkness, Witte, and 2013 Belgian Independece Day Double White, with more draft selections TBA. Brunch specials from Chef Paul Trowbridge include Hennepin Mussels, House-made Garlic Sausage braised in Ommegang Witte with eggs and potatoes, Roasted figs with gouda, and Roasted Game Hens basted with Ommegang Three Philosophers Belgian Style Blend.

Winners of the month-long raffle between Devil's Den, Old Eagle Tavern, and Ommegang will be announced at 2pm; grand prize is two tickets to the Belgium Comes to Cooperstown Beerfest in upstate NY.
