 d perform live along Germantown Ave during the celebration. At Laurel 
 Hill Gardens, visitors are welcome to check out the Arctic Village, an
  ice village complete with polar bears and an igloo. If the weather st
 arts to get a little chilly, stop by a “Heart-Warming Station” for
  wine and cheese tastings, fire pits, hot beverages, and snacks. This 
 event is free, and taking place mostly between the 7900 and 8600 block
