 reats for children of all ages during the neighborhood’s annual Hall
 oween festivities. On Saturday, October 29, 2016, from Noon to 5:00pm,
  PumpkinFest returns to Headhouse Square (2nd and Lombard) with circus
  performances, horse and wagon hay rides, live music, shopping, season
 al bites, straw bale maze, face painting and new costume contests. Bus
 inesses will open their doors for trick or treaters (12 and under) fro
