 nta count down to the official lighting of the tree at 5:00pm. Parents
  should bring their own cameras for Santa photos. Families can also en
 joy music, treats, and gift shopping. The event is free and open to al
 l. Bring an optional unwrapped toy for children to be donated through 
 the Salvation Army. Look for collection bins under the Shambles during
