DESCRIPTION:Philadelphia’s tallest beer garden is celebrating the tr
 aditional German festival with the 2nd Annual SkyGarten Oktoberfest 
 on Thursday, September 28th and Friday, September 29th, featuring Germ
 an-inspired dishes and brews and a Liter Lift Competition! Guests will
  enjoy German specialty dishes 51 stories in the sky, including a Roa
 st Pork Platter ($12), boasting slow roasted pork, German potato sala
 d, braised red cabbage; Wurst Platter ($13), served with bratwurst, 
 bauernwurest, sauerkraut, and Kaesespaetzle (German Mac ’N Cheese),
  ($8) German spaetzle, caramelized onions, and emmentaler cheese. In t
 raditional Oktoberfest fashion, guests can PROST! with a pint of Hofbr
 auhaus Oktoberfest ($5) or test their endurance in a Liter Lift Compet
 ition. The competition will commence at 8 pm on Thursday and Friday. T
 he winner will receive $100 cash! Interested participants must signup
