 ints that were given at the NKT International Festival in England earl
 ier in the week.\nEmptiness is not nothingness, but is the real way in
  which things exist. Buddha taught all of our problems come from not u
 nderstanding the true nature of things. He said that all of his teachi
 ngs were actually methods to realize emptiness, the true nature of all
  phenomena. When we realize emptiness all our suffering will permanent
 ly cease, in the same way in which when we awaken from a dream, all su
 ffering from the dream simply disappears.\nWe will receive teachings a
 nd be guided in practical meditations on emptiness. These will help us
  to have a clear understanding of emptiness that we can use to relax o
 ur mind, see people in a more positive light, and ultimately attain th
 e lasting happiness of enlightenment.\nTaught by Resident Teacher, Gen
