SUMMARY:Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens presents Everything But the Kit
 chen Sink Mosaic Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Join Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens (PMG) for Everything B
ut the Kitchen Sink Mosaic Workshop, a two-hour workshop led by the PM
G education team exploring techniques used by PMG creator Isaiah Zagar
. Known for his unique and, some say, liberating method for creating m
osaics, participants will examine Zagar murals, prepare and create mat
erials, and make their own mosaic.\nIn this workshop, guests learn how
to cut glass, break tile, mix grout, and lay out a small 9″ x 9″
mosaic to take home. The program empowers participants with mosaic-mak
ing skills and inspiration for future endeavors. Please be aware that
the working space can only be accessed by stairs. This workshop is ope
n to participants ages 12+, but all participants under 18 must be acco
mpanied by a paying adult participant.\n\n\nFor more information visit
