SUMMARY:Permanence/Impermanence: States of Flux in Art and Nature
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an engaging afternoon with LandLab resident a
rtist Jake Beckman as he discusses his residency project (Future Non-o
bject #1: Sol’s Reprise). Jake will present the process and research
that informed his sculpture, as well as the myriad art and non-art so
urces that provided inspiration for its form and content.  This will
be an exciting evening exploring the creative process and the concept
of permanence in both art and nature.  The sculpture is on view now
at the Schuylkill Center and will be ultimately be consumed by myriad
 species of local fungus.\nNon-members $15 | Members $10\nRegister onli
