Well-known for her star turn teaching Julia Child how to bake the perfect croissant, she is now a beloved chef-instructor at the Restaurant School, where she shares her generous and inspiring pa ssion – and flawless techniques – with her lucky culinary students , who are known to universally adore her. Proceeds from the dinner wil l support the  LDEI  Scholarship program for women entering the culi nary field.
