 three-phase master plan that will transform Bala Avenue into a vibrant
 , walkable community destination. The event will take place at 210 Ba
 la Avenue and will feature Food Trucks and a Beer Garden by Berwyn-bas
 ed La Cabra Brewing.\nGuests will have the opportunity to meet the arc
 hitects, designers and developers spearheading the project, and view t
 he plans, finish boards, unit plans, amenity layouts, and more. Upon c
 ompletion, the project will boast 109 apartments, over 8,000 square fe
 et of interior amenities, 9,000 square feet of outdoor rooftop recreat
 ion, gardens, pet-friendly offerings, a concierge desk, electric vehic
 le charging stations, and more. The re-development of 10 Union is expe
