 on for ringing in the New Year! The Mummers will march from City Hall 
 down Broad Street to Washington Avenue, beginning at 9 a.m. The parade
  is free to attend, but you can enhance your experience by purchasing 
 tickets to the bleacher seating at the City Hall Stand Performance Zon
 e. Tickets are also available for two performances by the Fancy Brigad
 es, held at the Philadelphia Convention Center. All tickets can be pur
