DESCRIPTION:We all want to feel good about ourselves. This helps us in
  our daily life, our relationships, and our spiritual development. How
 ever, when we lack self-esteem, and our self-view is not positive, our
  whole life can be adversely affected.\nDuring this day course, we wil
 l learn how to look at ourselves differently and relate to our extraor
 dinary potential rather than our limitations. Awakening this inner con
 fidence through Buddhist wisdom will help us to experience real happin
 ess, improve ourselves, and benefit others.\nThis course will be taugh
 t by Gen Tenzin, with meditations led by Julie Francisco.\n\n\nCourse

 m\n\n$30\n\nGen Tenzin is a senior Kadampa student and teacher. He stu
 died on the Teacher Training Program at Saraha Center in San Francisco
  while teaching at Dewikoti Buddhist Center in Marin, California. Subs
 equently he taught at Odiyana Buddhist Center in Connecticut for over 
 seven years.  He has a great depth of understanding of the teachings 
 and is skillful in his presentation by sharing them in an entertaining
